HUHU

Pejam celik pejam celik.. rupa2nya dh 22 hari x jenguk blog ku ini. Sadis sungguhhhh Almaklum lah disember ni tersangat bz dgn marking n meeting markah. Pastu bnyk plak benda2 remeh yg timbul . Yg lagi leceh audit pun mase ni la nk mencelah.. hampeh betul...

Mase kt UUM dulu penat dok prepare fail untuk diaudit. Tp x tau sngt pun cemane org odit. Last2 kt sini kene jd oditor la plak. Lg hampeh thn ni kene jd ketua group. Macam la tkde org lain yg dh bertahun2 jagung... Ckp ngn Mr Hubby kene gelak je sbb die mmg oditor secara sahnya. Kita ni mcm nk g nyebok2 gak nk odit.
Arini baru la nk rase relax skit. Esok ade penutup odit plak. Rabu taklimat KPT ape benda ntah. Khamis pagi discourse series, petang miting. Huhu habis camtu je minggu ni. Next wik dh start kelas.

Ni jadual utk sem depan. Ade kelas malam plak kali ni. Ari ahad tu mcm nk kene ejas p ari lain tu. Kesian die terkontang-kanting sorang2 hahaha Tp dh lame x berkelas malam. Slalu mlm wat test je. Ni dh agak kebosanan. Kene cari aktiviti. Till next time...

MEATBALLS...

Baru nk start marking for today, tp terjumpa plak resepi meatballs yg mcm kt IKEA, marvelous, delicious n yummy... anyway jumpanya kt iGoogle je hehe. Takut terhilang plak resepi tu so meh la kite tempek kt sini yek :D

Swedish Meatballs Recipe

Lingonberry jelly is traditionally used with Swedish meatballs; you can substitute cranberry, red currant or raspberry jelly if you can't find lingonberry jelly.

Ingredients

Meatballs:
  • 1 large yellow or white onion, peeled, grated (through a cheese grater)
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 4-5 slices of bread, crusts removed, bread cut into pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pound ground pork - ni leh gnti terus ngn beef
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
Sauce:
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 quart beef stock
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream
  • Salt
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp of Lingonberry, cranberry, red currant or raspberry jelly, more or less to taste (optional)

Method

1 Sauté the grated onion in the butter over medium-high heat until the onions soften and turn translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
2 In a medium bowl, mix the bread pieces with the milk. Set aside for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread soaks up all the milk. When it does, pulverize the bread in a food processor and pour it into a large bowl.
3 Add the cooled onions to the bowl of milk and bread. Add the rest of the meatball ingredients—eggs, ground pork, ground beef, salt, nutmeg, cardamom, pepper. Using your (clean) hands, mix well for about 2 minutes until the ingredients are well combined.
4 Use a tablespoon to measure out the meat for the meatballs. As you form the meatballs, set each one aside on a sheet pan or plate. You should get 40 to 50 meatballs.

5 Heat 6 tablespoons of butter for the sauce in a large sauté pan over medium heat. When the butter has melted, reduce the heat to medium and add some of the meatballs. Do not crowd the pan. Work in batches, browning them slowly on all sides. Be gentle when you turn them so they don't break apart. Do not cook the meatballs all the way through, only brown them at this stage. Once browned, use a slotted spoon to remove them from the pan, setting them aside so you can make the sauce with the remaining pan butter.

6 Start the sauce. (Check the pan butter to see if it has burned. If the butter tastes burnt, discard the butter and replace with new 6 tablespoons.) Heat the pan butter on medium until hot. Slowly whisk in the flour. Stirring often, let the flour cook until it is the color of coffee-with-cream; this is a classic roux.

7 As the roux is cooking, heat the beef stock in another pot until it simmers. When the roux has cooked until the color of coffee-with-cream, slowly add the hot beef stock a little at a time. Everything will sputter at first, and the sauce will seize up and solidify. Keep stirring and adding stock slowly, and it will loosen up and become silky.

8 Add the meatballs to the sauce and turn the heat down to low. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. You might need to do this in batches.
9 To finish, move the meatballs to a serving dish. Add the sour cream and mix well. Either add the lingonberry jelly to the sauce or serve it on the side.

Serves 4 vikings, or 8-10 regular people.

EXAM OOO EXAMM

Apa la malangnya semester ni.. jage exam sumenye 3 jam. Dah la sume belah petang plak tu.. hai... lg sakit ati bile dpt tau ade fak lain jage exam 2 kali je huhhhh????? mane aci.. ktrng minimum pun 4 kali. Tambah plak kene gnti org beranak, p study seme, dh jd 5 kali.. Lagi malang kalau kene ari sabtu. Tp aku xde la plak kene ari sabtu.

Ni dh ngantuk tahap gaban. Ketua plak missing in action. Macam x nmpk jalan je nk balik smyg asar. Ketua lagi cpt hilang dr anak buah huhu Spesies ape kah ini... Jom tgk gambar sat..


Ni pandangan dari belakang. Khusyuk betul drg ni mnjwb.  Dah 1 jam setengah ni baru sorang p toilet.  Yg mintak buku jawapan pun baru sorang.


Ni bajet ciput tahap ape ntah. Makan keropok xde sos. Cucoq tu pun mcm bnyk angin je kt dlm  haha ngn minyak. Dh lame x dpt mkn nasi lemak ke, mihun ke.. harapan tinggal harapan je la nmpknye.. Ade ni pun dh cukup baik.

Ha.. ketua dah ada pun.. leh la balik semayang jap.. cau cin cau...

Ya Allah.. x pernah wat gmbr jd secantik ni. Selalu wat pun jd mcm gmbr kt bwh ni.

Terasa.. what a beauty.. mcm kenangan silam. Soul... x tau la nk describe cemane tp rase sukanya.. Semua ni hasil dr Photofunia. Bnyk lagi effect yg menarik, x sempat nk try semua. Ni yg berkenan at first sight. Blh gak terus order print utk wat postcard. Hehe somebody will get it soon....

KHAZANAH SILAM

Setelah bertangguh sekian lama, terhasil la blog KHAZANAHSILAMKU hehe Ni partnership ngn Mas. Tujuannya nk melupuskan barang2 lama yg dah x digunakan lagi tp conditionnya still elok. Ade jugak barang2 baru yg x pernah guna lagi tp nk let go.



Ni di antaranya barang2 Mas. Mentang2 masuk rumah baru, bnyk betul peralatan rumah ye :P At d same time advertise gak kt forum pekanrabu.biz.




Ni plak koleksi pakaian. Yg kuning tu dh sold hehe Mula2 takut gak x mendapat sambutan. Maklumlah nk buat blog ni amat sng tp nk promo blog tu yg ssh. Cemane nk suh org tgk blog kite? Takkan nk paksa plak. Tp alhamdulillah bnyk gak mendapat sambutan. Hasil dari shoutbox kt UUM & facebook. So dh clear skit la almari kt rumah.

Mr Hubby plak yg baru tau terus tiba2 selongkar almari cari barang2 nk jual. Klu blh nk jual semua benda agaknya. Mcm main jual2 mase kecik2 plak hehe Ade plak org nk tompang jual pinggan mangkuk lame zmn2 dulu. Tp belum berkesempatan nk snap pic. Yg oaling syg skali utk di let go ialah handbeg2 ku yg bnyk itu. Tp yg lame2 yg kecik2 mcm dah x berapa pakai. Lagipun klu dh jual, blh la lg beli yg baru plak hehe

Sape2 yg belum jd customer tu, rajin2 kan lah ye tgk KHAZANAHSILAMKU. Nanti akn di update lg dgn barang2 yg bakal dikorek dr almari mahupun store kami :)

MY PHONE


Hmm.. really like my phone :) Compared ngn 3GS yg ni rase lbh.. kukuh kot.. mcm strong2 je.. More elegant. Suites me well hehe.. Nasib baik x terbeli HTC dulu sbb terasa iphone mhl. tp actually mhl awal2 je, monthly die quite reasonable la ngn penggunaan internet yg sngt bnyk smpi 1GB.

B4 beli x tau ape bestnya fon ni smpi org rebut2 nk beli. Tp bile dh guna, baru la fall in luv with ifon. Pegang je pun dh terasa best. Maybe ade la flaws skit2 tp benda2 best lg bnyk esp. the apps. Walaupun ade yg kene beli tp tu choice sndiri la kn nk beli ke x nk. Yg free pon melambak. Even klu beli pun sngt2 murah. 

Skrg ni tgh cari casing yg sesuai. Klu blh nk la pki yg leather tp mhl skit. Cumenye belum jumpa yg berkenan di hati. Sementara tu pakai yg sepuluh hengget dulu ye hehe Ngn satu lg benda nk beli: PAPAGO hahaha yg ni quite expensive. Tp as long as p jln2 ngn my hubby, x terasa sngt lg keperluannya sbb die terror jln2 kt kl n Nokia ade free GPS. So bersabar dulu :D

Maybe for those yg terasa napelah org dok beli fon ni... hmm kene try dulu baru leh ckp kenapa.. Cuma a bit worry klu iPhone 5 nk kluar next year hahaha jgn la terbeli lg...

ALHAMDULILLAH


Alhamdulillah. Berjaya jugak set up kn mood utk blogging. Bukannya x reti. Dh bnyk blog yg dibuat tp semuanya bkn berbentuk karangan, emotion n so on. Sume bercirikan gmbr je :D So di harapkan after ni rajin2 kn lah diri ye berblog..

Hmm.. tp nk tulis ape sbnrnya d blog ni. Blog memasak dh terlalu bnyk, lagipun xde lah reti sngt hehe just try resepi2 org je selama ni.. Blog jln2 best jgk, tp dh ade share ngn my HUBBY. Nanti kang tulis benda yg same je...

Lantak la kn nk tulis ape pun.. blog aku hahaha ape aku kisah hahaha Tp aim nya nk tulis pasal games ngn DVD series. Sbb aku suka sngt tgk series mcm Desperate Housewife w/pun cita2 nk jd housewife x tercapai, Brother n Sister (ramai plak nk jd Bro skrg kt fak hehe) n mcm2 lagi la. Harap2nya tercapai la matlamat jangka panjang ni..

Oo tau ke setting blog kite akn based pd email kite s/ada baru create or dh lame.  Ni trpksa create email baru utk guna format blogger yg agak frenly.  Huhu bnyknye email acc.. Stop kt cni dulu 4 today.. Hope to c me again :)
